A Facility & Asset Management (FAM) Specialist helps manage the company's inventory and facilities across all locations. This includes overseeing their availability, condition, and functionality, ensuring everything is accounted for and secure. They also assist with reports and improving processes.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the Inventory Supervisor and the Manager in overseeing all aspects of safekeeping and monitoring of the company-owned assets and facilities in all operational locations under Chromaesthetics Inc. This includes all types of machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, and all functional facilities in all areas/locations of the company, ensuring the completeness and functionality of their condition in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborates with Quality Assurance and Inventory teams to receive, inspect, tag, track, and manage the physical condition and functionality of all incoming equipment, furniture, and assets.
  • Supports the management on physical assets disposal and justification, documentation, preparation for submission to Finance/Procurement/BU, follow-up on requests, and liaises with the requesting unit for disposal action.
  • Supports and performs the annual physical inventory verification exercise by checking the accuracy of records and the actual location of assets/furniture. Preparation of inventory reports as required, with comprehensive analysis and interpretation.
  • Maintains the filing system, ensuring the safekeeping of confidential data, documents, materials, and/or equipment.
  • Reports regularly to management on daily developments and transactions in the department, as required, for any issues/problems/discrepancies found during or after operations.
  • Ensures full compliance with all implemented policies, house rules, and regulations set by the organization or company.
  • Reports to the Warehouse & Inventory Manager.



Requisito

  • 2 years' experience in facilities, inventory, or asset management.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
