1）Visual Creativity and Brand Strategy Alignment-Develop and execute the visual strategy under the guidance of the Brand Director, ensuring consistency with the overall brand positioning.-Oversee the entire visual identity of the beauty and personal care brand, including advertising, packaging, social media, and event materials.-Lead the full process from creative ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that resonate with the brand's premium and fashionable tone.

2）Campaign Planning and On-Site Direction-Plan and execute advertising campaigns, product photography, and model shoots.-Supervise and guide key elements of the shoot, including photography, lighting, and styling, ensuring the final visuals meet brand standards.-Coordinate with and manage external photography and production teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.

3）Agency Management and Resource Integration-Manage partnerships with external creative agencies, including production houses, design vendors, and content creation teams.-Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring creative outputs align with brand requirements and are delivered on time.-Optimize external resources to maximize creative value for the brand.- Budget Management Ability

4）Beauty Industry Insights and Innovation-Stay abreast of trends in the beauty and personal care industry, understanding market dynamics and consumer aesthetic preferences to enhance brand appeal.-Drive brand differentiation by introducing innovative visual designs that amplify its presence across social media and other channels.

5）Team Leadership and Cross-Department Collaboration-Guide the internal design team, nurturing their skills and elevating their creative output.-Work closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to translate brand strategies into executable visual solutions.-Support the Brand Director in implementing strategies for key projects and act as a critical partner in the brand’s creative development.
