Oversee operations and staff performance in designated area.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Manage budgets and drive sales growth.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives.

Requisito

Willing to assigned at the restaurant
20-35YRS OLD
Assignment Area: Sta. Rosa /SM Lipa / Baliwag / Laoag
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, creative problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional field visits.
Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, proactive, and able to motivate others.
