• Develops the general trade market by opening and managing wholesalers/jobbers covering sari-sari stores, groceries, school canteens, and terminals.
• Conducts market surveys to assess area potential, competition, and expansion opportunities.
• Establishes new accounts, links them to jobbers, and optimizes routing for wider coverage.
• Acts as the trade marketing conduit to ensure store-level execution of programs and promotions.
• Oversee POSM installation, maintenance, and visibility in assigned outlets.
• Recommends and supports community activations (school, terminal, barangay).
• Ensures sales fundamentals under the APACSO framework: availability, price compliance, assortment/merchandising, chiller presence, share of visible inventory, and order generation.
• Coordinates with jobber sales teams and key outlet owners to strengthen relationships and drive volume.
• Monitors and reports market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
• Supports field initiatives such as sales blitzes, display contests, and trade marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in area sales.
• Has a motorcycle and valid driver's license.
