• Creation of WORKING DRAWINGS

  Architectural (FCD), Furniture Layout at Kitchen, Furniture Layout at Dining Area, 3D Perspective

  Reflected Ceiling Plan, Section and Elevation, Blow-up Plans and Details, Signange Details, Schedule of Finishes, Schedule of Doors and Windows

• MEPFS Plans and Details

• Coordination with the Mall Admin for Plans Approval

• Coordination with Kuya J Cost Engr & Procurement

• Attend Pre-bid Meeting as a Design Resource Person

• CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Attend Weekly Coordination Meeting

Responsible for RFA and RFI of the ConCreation of Shop Drawings if needed

Conduct Site Inspection

Checking of AS BUILT PLAN from the Contractor

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Design, Education, Engineering, Architectural Design, Construction, Technical, Environmental Design, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

Passion for current trends

Ability to solve complex technical and design issues

Highly skilled conceptual ideation, rendering and graphic presentation abilities
