As an Appointment Setter, you will spearhead the identification and qualification of new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise-level law firms, corporate legal teams, and similar markets. You’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and sales teams to maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-focused professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS—preferably in AI or Legal Tech. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions is a major plus.


What you will do:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Find and engage potential clients (mid-sized to enterprise legal departments and law firms) through multi-channel outreach. Use your knowledge of AI and legal tech to tailor your approach and show value


Pipeline Management

  • Qualify incoming leads, document all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and hand off qualified leads smoothly to the sales team


Product & Industry Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Generative AI solutions, especially how they solve common legal issues like contract management. Stay updated on market trends to position our solution effectively and educate prospects


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns, work with product teams on updates, and share market insights to influence product development or sales strategies


Performance & Reporting

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, emails, demos booked, and leads qualified. Prepare and present regular reports on SDR metrics and continuously optimize your outreach strategies

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years in an SDR/BDR or inside sales role within B2B SaaS, AI, or Legal Tech; proven success in driving pipeline growth
  • At least 1 year experience in Lead Generation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to simplify complex concepts.
  • Comfortable discussing AI-driven solutions; able to integrate technical understanding into prospect conversations
  • History of working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with, or strong familiarity of, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is highly advantageous
  • Past success in hitting or exceeding sales development KPIs in a growth-stage environment
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Experience in scaling a startup or early-stage business.
