· The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:

· Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.

· Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company. 

· Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.

· A graduate of at least two (2) year Computer / Electronic courses or any equivalent courses

· Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus factor

· Has strong customer service orientation

· Has valid Professional Driver’s license to drive motorcycle and/or 4-wheeled vehicles

· Dependable , trustworthy and loyal
