Technician (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC/R units and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all tasks.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Work with other technicians and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Deliver assignments on time with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems installation and troubleshooting.
• TESDA certification or other formal electrician credentials is a strong advantage.
• Can work with minimal supervision and deliver tasks on time.
• Good knowledge of safety protocols.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Can start immediately.
