Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.
Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.
Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Drives company service vehicles to perform logistic operations on bringing repair materials, equipment, and personnel for repairs and maintenance. (Advantage)

Has at least 6 months of related work experience in repairs and maintenance (specifically with ref and aircon equipment).
Has a valid drivers license covering manual and automatic transmission vehicles. (Advantage)
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift.
Able to work in confined spaces.
Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
