The Outbound Call Representative plays a key role in supporting policy persistency by proactively reaching out to customers through outbound calls. This role focuses on policy conservation efforts, ensuring timely communication and documentation to help retain customers and prevent policy lapses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers for:
• Payment reminders for policies at risk of lapsing
• ADA (Auto-Debit) / ACA (Auto-Charge) enrollment follow-ups
• Other conservation-related campaigns as assigned
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of call outcomes
• Submit outbound call reports for all in-scope activities
• Support special projects and perform other tasks related to policy conservation as needed

Qualifications:

• College graduate (any course)
• Preferably with 1 year experience in insurance back-office operations, especially in policy after sales OR Outbound calls from BPO environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
