• Maintain order and oversee day to day activities of the clinic.
• Receive, schedule, and follow up patients for the clinic.
• Handle personal and digital inquiries for the clinic.
• Arrange and organize files, papers and activities for the clinic.
• Assist doctor during procedures.
• Run errands for the clinic.
• Perform facials and other procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergrad or any Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• Experience as a clinic secretary and clinic assistant is an advantage
• Pleasing personality
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, motivated
