Achieve monthly sales target
Follows proper grooming and guidelines as an ambassador of the brand
Maintaining a healthy KPI – UPT / ATV
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manages stock inventory; practicing FIFO and ensuring that all stocks are available at any given time
Responsible for ordering stock and requesting necessary supplies in the assigned store.
Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards; recommends display items that match customer needs
Compiles and submits required daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as sales, inventory, and copies of invoices
Be able to present the product information accurately such as product features and benefits
With a pleasing personality, friendly, helpful, confident, and an engaging personality

2-3 years of experience in FMCG or Beauty products
Proven working experience in retail sales; track record of over-achieving sales quota
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Can be able to communicate in English and Tagalog
Customer-oriented sales individual
