About the role

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized multitasker who thrives on keeping operations seamless and accurate? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who can manage company databases, handle data entry and organization, support CV profiling, and assist with invoice preparation, client billing, and payment follow-ups. You’ll also help maintain our LinkedIn presence, manage timesheets and our applicant tracking system, and take on other administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. If you’re dependable, communicative, and take pride in delivering precise, well-organized work—this role is made for you.


Your days will be filled with:

  • Managing company databases;
  • Support in profiling contractor CVs;
  • Data entry, organization, and management;
  • Support in invoice preparation, client billing, and following up on payments; Other administrative functions required by the business;
  • Build and ensure content is posted on the company's social media pages, mostly LinkedIn
  • Management of the timesheet system & applicant tracking system.


Who we are looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, data management, or virtual assistance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Experience managing company databases and performing data entry with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with timesheet systems, applicant tracking systems, or HR/operations platforms.
  • Experience supporting invoicing, client billing, or finance-related administrative tasks.
  • Social media management experience, preferably on LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using a time-tracking tool


Device Requirements:

To maintain a highly productive and professional work-from-home setup, successful candidates must have:


Computer & Equipment

  • Primary and backup computer with at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, and 8GB RAM
  • Web camera for meetings and check-ins
  • Headset (preferably noise-canceling) for clear communication


Internet Connection

  • Primary: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Backup: At least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload


We promote the use of backup devices and internet connections to ensure uptime and continuity — essential for serving international clients across time zones.

What you will enjoy:

  • Basic Monthly Salary: PHP 40,000 - 45,000
