Descripción

  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain and organize site records, files, and documents (permits, contracts, drawings, time records, etc.).
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, site notices).


  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing daily site reports, manpower reports, and other project-related documents.
  • Monitor and update attendance logs, Daily Time Records (DTR), and overtime requests.
  • Compile and submit site progress reports to the head office or project management.


  • Coordination
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site staff for logistical and administrative requirements.
  • Facilitate requisition, issuance, and monitoring of site materials and supplies.
  • Support HR and Accounting with submission of site-related documents (payroll, benefits, etc.).


  • Logistics & Office Management
  • Monitor site office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Assist in arranging transportation, accommodations, and permits for workers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and site protocols.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
