Descripción

  • Monitors and coordinates daily activities, appointments and meetings
  • Screens and attends to the daily communication needs (incoming/outgoing calls and documents) of the department to ensure prompt discharge of information;
  • Maintain an effective records management system to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information
  • Monitors the department's budget and expenses, and processes bills for payment
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and fixed assets of the department
  • Handles the department's travel requirements
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department


Requisito

  • Must have Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably with Accounting background
  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Must have good interpersonal skills; able to deal with the department's key stakeholders (media and government)
  • Must have good analytical skills; able to prioritize assignments based on urgency
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Must be keen on details
