Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Staff with a background in Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and accounting tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate financial documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general accounting or administrative work.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiar with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and is willing to learn new tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Assist in data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Handle petty cash disbursements, expense monitoring, and liquidation reports.
  • Support in the preparation of payroll documents and other accounting-related reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, receipts, and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support such as answering calls, scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Office-based
