  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably within a BPO or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with HRIS or timekeeping systems.


Skills Required:

  • Proficient in English language both written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools and Services (formulas as such)
  • A team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, fast learner, and multi-tasker.
  • Highly adaptable, able to quickly learn new policies and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Patience and persistence when managing multiple tasks or resolving issues.
  • Logical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Amenable to work onsite and on an early morning shift (4AM – 1PM)


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts and facilitates meetings with employees for Notices to Explain (NTEs), Decision Memos, and other disciplinary or administrative matters.
  • Assists with payroll coordination by ensuring accurate timekeeping records and verifying attendance reports before cut-off.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to company policies, protocols, and code of conduct, providing reminders or clarifications as needed.
  • Coordinates with the Center Manager and Team Leaders regarding disciplinary actions, sanctions, and performance-related issues.
  • Handles and monitors employee regularization, ensuring timely processing of evaluations and contract updates.
  • Manages resignations and processes, including exit interviews, clearance processing, and final pay coordination.
  • Provides support in maintaining employee files, HR records, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Assists in implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs to promote positive work relationships and morale.
  • Serves as the main liaison between the Production team and HR, addressing employee concerns and offering guidance on company policies and procedures.
