Job Purpose

The position was considered to create a customer-focused environment to help the department in delivering the core services and to provide support to different business unit through the use of technology.

Job Requirements

The position shall serve as a frontliner and will be responsible in attending to internal customer needs through ticketing and other available digital platforms. Must be quick and decisive yet bound by policy in utilizing any available sources to meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Education: College graduate of any 4-year course
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, data and project management, and admin works
Trainings/Seminars: BOSH, Customer Service
