  • Assigned to safeguard the contents of medical records
  • Responsible for ensuring that charts are returned to medical records daily
  • Proper labeling and filing of charts
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Immediate Head

Requisito

  • Must be a college graduate of any course
  • Preferably with one (1) year of relevant experience
  • With ICD-10 Coding Certification
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
ICD-10Coding Certification.
