Descripción

The Senior Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring the overall smooth and efficient operation of the office and its facilities. This includes providing administrative support to employees and departments, managing government clearances and compliance, supervising company events, overseeing procurement and inventory control, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring workplace safety and security.

  • Manage the Admin Team composed of admin assistants, receptionists, janitorial staff, and security services in overseeing the company’s assets, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, proper equipment care, and regular maintenance to promote a conducive and efficient working environment.
  • Manage and monitor the scheduling and use of outsourced service vehicles for the needs of back-office and operations/implementation teams.
  • Organize and coordinate company events in collaboration with other departments.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of internal and outsourced staff related to the upkeep of company buildings, facilities, and equipment.
  • Handle the renewal of basic permits and ensure compliance with general operational and workplace safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with service contractors for minor repairs, pest control, and other facility-related concerns in all offices.
  • Monitor monthly consumption and allocation of fuel, parking, and toll fees.
  • Track and manage the utilization of petty cash.
  • Oversee all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, renovation projects, and on-site expansion.
  • Monitor and support the employees for technical concerns and other IT related issues.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines within the workplace

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in administrative operations, office and facility management, and security oversight.
  • Must have experience working in a company with 200 or more employees, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-departmental environment.
  • With good oral and communication skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient in Record Keeping
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
