- Supervise staff: Manage and guide the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures.
- Oversee office operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, which may include handling correspondence, organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
- Handle HR and compliance: For a combined HR & Admin role, this includes tasks like timekeeping, document management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support departmental functions: Assist with preparing reports, coordinating with other departments, and providing support for projects and company events.
- Improve efficiency: Create and implement processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative functions.
