Position: Sales Administrative Assistant

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 7:30pm)

Salary: Php 20,000- Php 25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 1-2 years of experience Sales Administrative Assistant
• Experience in billing and collection accounting is an advantage
• Willing to start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage direct customer invoicing and ensure timely submission of all invoices.
• Generate monthly accounts receivable reports.
• Handle order processing, including delivery scheduling and partial shipment coordination.
• Complete official receipts, collection receipts, and other required client documentation.
• Process and monitor customer credit applications.
