• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Work Set up: Work on site:

• Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy),
• Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies,
• Supporting Accounting matters (such as check request, filling of accounting documents, processing payments and etc.).
• Government matters (PEZA, DOLE, BIR etc.).
• Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work

• Associate or college graduate
• 2 years experience as an Admin or accounting task
• Amenable to start as soon as possible
• Amenable to work in Cavite
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
