  • Graduate of any Management/ Business course, B.S. Psychology and the like
  • Facilitate hiring, employment, orientation and clearance process.
  • Files and update workers' 201 file and ensure that the pre-employment requirements are completely filed and ensures the confidentiality of all company records and documents.
  • implement policies and processes to accomplish goals and objectived of the company.
  • Monitoring, gathering, checking of DTR, OTR, timesheets and locations of employees.
  • Payroll processing, 13th month pay, final pay for employees.
  • Prepares Voucher Payable & Journal Voucher for payroll.
  • Alphalist and 2316 preparation and online filing.
  • Monitoring of Holidays declared by government and giving advance information to all personnel.
  • Gather, prepares, request, authorizes online payment and closing of Journal Voucher for monthly compliances due to government (i.e. SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR 1601c & 1601E- efps).
  • Prepares monthly remittance reports of employees/ employers' contributions and employees' loan payments. Preparation, reporting and processing of claims.
  • Canvass, planning and preparing company's events.
  • Attend seminars for general information's conducted by government agencies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
