• Oversee client billing and ensure all invoices are accurate and issued on time. -Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections as needed.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and expense monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting needs.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies when required.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Work closely with operations, business development, retail, and customer service teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Atleast 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong background in billing and collections.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a start-up company environment.
• Fluent in English
