 Job Description

• Create, update, and manage the QuickBooks accounting system
• Verify the correctness of bills/statements received
• Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reports
• Prepare payment schedules in Excel format and Accounting system
• Analyze Employee's liquidation expenses
• Process and pay bills promptly after verification and approval
• Prepare monthly and quarterly BIR tax filings
• Support the external accountant by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries for financial statement preparation
• Record and process expenses, purchases, sales, and collections
• Record banking transactions, such as telegraphic transfers, online banking, and check preparation for approval

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Must have solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle bookkeeping: recording transactions, reconciling bank/accounts, accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
• Must be analytical, detailed-oriented and with good oral and written communication skills ( English and Filipino )
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications ( MS Word, Excel and Outlook )
• Knowledge to operate QuickBooks or any advance accounting software
• Knowledge of BIR tax compliance is an advantage
• Familiar with BIR Receipts
• Possesses Good Working Attitude, Hardworking and can withstand pressure works industriously
• Amenable to work in Quezon City
• Full-Time position available.
