Descripción
- Handle invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents
- Post and update financial data into accounting systems and ledgers
- Maintain organized filing of accounting records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding balances and prepare payment schedules
- Support in preparing financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards
- Coordinate with other departments for accurate financial data
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under supervision and within a team
