Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Prepare billing, invoices, and monitor collections
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
Compute and process payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions when required
Prepare and file tax returns and government reports (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, if applicable)
Monitor budgets and control expenses
Maintain and organize accounting documents and records for audit purposes
Assist during internal and external audits
Coordinate with other departments regarding financial transactions
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
