·        Responsible to A/P, Petty cash.

·        Prepare replenishment report.

·        Records daily transactions submitted post data to journal.

·        Key worksheets to the general ledger system.

·        Prepares/checks monthly reports and schedules.

·        Discuss report results with Superior

·        Maintain related files. Handles tasks assigned with strict and utmost confidentiality.

·        Performs all Accounting related jobs.

·        Performs other tasks as necessary and may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.

Background:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• With at least 1 year Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Payables .
• With at least 1 year experience in Tax Compliance.
• Familiarity with computerized Accounting system is preferred
• Has good scholastic record

Skills Requirement:

• Proficient in MS Office, Internet navigation and email system
• With excellent communication skills particularly in writing
• Critical thinker with effective research skills
• Flexible team player
• Wit interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Must be willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
