  • Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements and budgets, including profit and loss statements 
  • Receiving invoices: Processing invoices and ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct 
  • Managing payroll: Assisting with payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating vacation and sick days, and preparing checks 
  • Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies 
  • Bookkeeping: Recording transactions and balancing bank statements 
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers: Communicating with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers 
  • Updating procedural documentation: Maintaining and updating procedural documentation 
  • Accounting assistants should have excellent communication and organization skills, and be able to work well independently and in teams. 
  • They should also have knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Graduate of Accounting / BS Financial Management.
  • 6mos. to 1year working experience in General Accounting
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles
  • Willing to be assigned in Kawit, Cavite
