- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, journals, ledgers and other accounting records
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
- Adhere to all relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
- Willing to work under agency
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or finance support role
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Applicants must willing to work 5 Days (onsite) in Pasig city.
