RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Prepare and verify entries on vouchers for disbursements
• Manage and organize accounting documents and records
• Bank Errands such as but not limited to submission of bank listing for payroll, payment for utilities, payments to vendors and deposits of cash and check.
• Review and verify Payroll for all direct employees
• Reconcile AP and AR Accounts
• Preparation of Sales Invoice per Vendor
• Preparation of Books of Accounts
• Preparation of Schedule of Tax Return such as VAT, Expanded and Compensation Schedule
• BIR Tax Filing through EFPS & EBIR Forms (Vat, EWT, Compensation, Inventory, Alphalist- SLSP, QAP, SAWT) such as but not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual filings
• Preparation of Monthly Income Statement
• Preparation of Monthly Importation Report
• Coordinate with External Auditors during the audit period
• Preparation for year-end close and accounts reconciliation
• Prepare Schedule for Annual Financial Statement
• Handles SEC and DOLE related report
• Handles LOA (BIR) and BOC Audit

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 6 months years progressive accounting experience
• Must be highly proficient with numbers, quantitative analysis, and complex reconciliation
• Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, VLOOKUPS, INDEX MATCH, etc.)
• Strong Knowledge of Accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation
• High Attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with the external auditors.
