Description

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with BiR regulations and internal policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding overdue accounts and payment plans.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, and Account Reconciliation
• Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Invoicing and Collection processes
• Skills and Competencies: Understanding of BiR Compliance and general accounting regulations
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
