JOB FUNCTIONS

Detail the general purpose or responsibility of this position.

• Manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting & Finance Department.
• Ensures compliance with accounting standards.
• Manages the finance team to ensure accomplishment of target goals.
• Prepares compliance reports.
• Maintains records of all financial transactions.
• Prepares periodic financial reports and finalization of monthly financial closing and submission to the Parent Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
• CPA Required
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Accounting or Audit exposure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting

• Management and reconciliation of accounts maintained by the Company.
• Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reports on a periodic basis.

Compliance

• Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, and board of directors.
• Coordinate financial statements and audit with external and internal auditors.

Control & Monitoring

• Creates and manages policies and procedures related to asset safeguarding.
• Ensure continuous implementation of policies and procedures within the department.
• Accurate processing and control of financial data and records.
• Supervision of day-to-day finance activities.
