ACCOUNTING STAFF

LOCATION OF DEPLOYMENT: 1072 C.M. RECTO AVE. BINONDO MANILA CORNER ABAD SANTOS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or any related course
• Preferably with 6 months experience in accounting/bookkeeping but FRESH GRADUATEs are encouraged to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and basic accounting procedure
• Good communication skills and pleasing personality
• Keen to details
• With basic requirements
• Willing to start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and variance analyses.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Support annual audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
