We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, with solid experience in using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review daily accounting transactions including GL, AP, and AR
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and review financial reports, schedules, and account reconciliations
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Oversee and guide junior accounting staff
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
• Utilize SAP for transaction processing, report generation, and financial analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field (CPA is an advantage)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in general accounting, with supervisory exposure
• Strong background in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
