Job Description

CJVR Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Staff to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in bank reconciliation and expense monitoring
• Maintain accurate accounting records and files
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Willing to be assigned in Malvar, Batangas
