Supervises daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger management, and accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and other related processes that involves accounting.
Ensures that accounting policies and work instructions are adhered to, and resolves discrepancies and errors with the team and other concerned parties
Ensures the timely and accurate recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses by the team in accordance with accounting standards in effect.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, but not limited to Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, and related reports on time and with accuracy.
Ensure compliance and timely preparation and filing of all tax returns and other statutory requirements.
Ensure the accuracy of the financial data provided by the accounting system.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements and compliance with labor regulations.
Provide training and guidance to accounting staff to enhance team performance.
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators provided by the senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
