We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. You will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, a firm grasp of accounting principles, and experience in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting
  1. Lead the preparation of financial feasibility studies and master budget planning
  2. Drive the annual business outlook and operational target setting
  • Investment & Asset Accounting
  1. Supervise capitalization, depreciation, inventory valuation, and asset transactions
  • Financial Processing & Control
  1. Monitor daily transactions (sales, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, cash)
  2. Ensure policy-compliant financial flows and proper archiving of documents
  3. Oversee liquidation and reconciliation of accounts
  • Financial Reporting
  1. Manage month-end/year-end closings, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports
  2. Lead business unit reviews and financial consolidations
  • Financial Advising & Analysis
  1. Deliver strategic analysis to improve profitability and business value
  2. Oversee cost-saving initiatives and project evaluations
  • Internal Control & Audit
  1. Ensure 100% compliance with internal financial policies
  2. Partner with Audit to monitor and enhance internal control systems
  • Compliance & Government Reporting
  1. Lead BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, LGU filings and compliance
  2. Oversee tax returns, books of accounts, and BIR audits
  • Managerial & Cost Accounting
  1. Address costing, pricing, forecasting, and consolidation needs
  2. Ensure accuracy in managerial reports across business units
  • Team Leadership & Administration
  1. Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff
  2. Ensure department compliance with company policies


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Accounting Manager, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong command of accounting principles, taxation, and financial planning
  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of integrity and accuracy
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities
