Position: Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Work Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Dayshift)

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

Work Set Up: Work on Site

• Coaching and mentoring of finance staff members.
• Prepare and go over the requirements set forth by PEZA.
• creation of financial rules, procedures, and internal controls.
• Make sure that BIR returns and other government agency requirements are filed by the due date.
• review of the departments' yearly budget.
• Oversee daily accounting activities
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and make sure that financial reports are correct and submitted on time.
• Compile and evaluate management reports, variance assessments, and financial statements.
• Keep an eye on, evaluate, and suggest ways to cut manufacturing costs.
• Oversee forecasting and budgeting tasks in conjunction with department heads.
• Organize financial and tax audits in conjunction with outside auditors.
• Boost internal controls and efficiency by improving financial systems and procedures.
• Develop junior accounting employees by mentoring them and giving them performance reviews and training.
