Finance Business Partner to the Plant Team
Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Collaborate with management to develop cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements
Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
Oversee the plant's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Ensure appropriate management and control of fixed assets and capital expenditures
Ensure appropriate management and control of Inventories
Manage and lead the plant finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; preferably CPA
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial reporting
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
