Descripción

  • Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy
  • Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
  • Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
  • Perform the company’s financial audits
  • Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
  • Create financial reports based on data analysis
  • Make recommendations to business stakeholders

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard business hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
