  • Manage financial processes, oversee audits, and ensure accurate billing and reconciliations.
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team
  • Conduct audits and implement internal controls
  • Collaborate with external auditors as needed
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial management, and QuickBooks. Expertise in audit, billing, reconciliations, and due diligence.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require collaboration with overseas accounting teams.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
