We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as an Accounting & Admin Associate. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Philippine business accounting, tax compliance, and general administrative support.

You will assist with essential accounting work such as GIS filingAnnual ITRAFS preparation, and compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF. In addition, you will handle data entry and day-to-day admin duties to support the overall operations of the business.


Accounting & Compliance Support :

  • Assist with bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Help prepare and file:
  • Annual Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
  • General Information Sheet (GIS) to SEC
  • Coordinate with external auditors and BIR/SEC as needed.
  • Support preparation and compliance for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG (HDMF).
  • Assist in business registrations, renewals, and permit applications.



Administrative & Data Entry Tasks:

  • Perform accurate data entry for accounting records, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files (e.g., receipts, invoices, government documents).
  • Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Assist in tracking deadlines for tax filings, renewals, and government submissions.
  • Support day-to-day office tasks and communication with internal teams and external agencies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and Philippine government compliance (BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools.
  • Experience with data entry or admin tasks (even internship or school project-based) is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Eager to learn, responsible, and a good team player.
