Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin–Bookkeeper to support our daily operations. This role is central to keeping the company organized, compliant, and running smoothly. You will handle bookkeeping tasks, administrative coordination, and scheduling while working closely with management and the production team. Integrity, accuracy, and accountability are non-negotiable in this position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic to intermediate bookkeeping and financial records
  • Monitor government compliances, ensure we are up to date
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and administrative timelines
  • Organize, maintain, and navigate files using Google Drive
  • Assist with internal documentation and operational support
  • Use digital tools (including ChatGPT) to improve workflow efficiency
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative needs


Qualifications & Must-Haves

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Comfortable using Mac OS
  • Actively uses ChatGPT as a work tool
  • Strong organizational and schedule management skills
  • Proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, folders, sharing)
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Able to work full-time on-site, Monday to Friday


Employment Details

  • Full-time position
  • 5 days a week, on-site (Monday–Friday)
  • Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
