CriTech Digital is urgently hiring an Accountant to support our growing operations. This role blends on-site collaboration (3x/week) with remote flexibility (2x/week) — perfect for someone who values both structure and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly BIR filings, tax prep, and compliance documentation
• Assist with accounting reviews, audits, and financial analysis
• Manage daily transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all accounting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) or related field
• CPA license is a strong advantage, but not required
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Familiarity with Xero is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Clear and professional communication skills
