Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations
Analyze financial data and trends
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Collaborate with team members on financial projects
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requisito

Job Title: Property Accountant
Educational Qualifications: "Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Statements, General Ledger, and Statement Preparation; expertise in accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks; strong communication (written and verbal); knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable; reconciliation and billing skills.
Working Conditions: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday (5.5 days per week)
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, capable of working under pressure, and effective communicator.
