Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits based on company policies
• Process credit applications from automotive dealers, customers, and fleet clients
• Monitor receivables and send timely reminders for due and overdue accounts
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding payments and account status
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Finance departments for account reconciliation
• Negotiate payment terms and establish payment arrangements when necessary
• Generate and analyze aging reports and collection performance metrics
• Recommend accounts for legal action or write-offs as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies
• Provide weekly and monthly collection reports to management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course

• At least 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
• Knowledge of invoicing, official receipts, collection tracking, and aging of receivables
• Ability to reconcile accounts and handle AR disputes

 Other Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite or as required by dealership setup
• Trustworthy, reliable, and with a strong sense of accountability
• Knowledge of government BIR rules and tax-related documentation (is a plus)
