We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• prepare and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in payroll processing and handle government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants when needed
• Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related Field.
• High Attention to detail and Ability to manage multiple Task
• Must Uphold Ethical Standard and handle sensitive financial data.
