Descripción

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes specific to a manufacturing setup.
Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants as needed.

Requisito

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Familiarizing with Manufacturing set-up
With experience with handling people
